You can use gangs only if It´s for defend yourself.

In same states you can get married at the age of 16.

In some states you can´t drink before the age of 21.

In Alaska you can flight a small plane at the age of 16.

You can drive a little power motocycle at the age of 16.

You can have the driving licence with the age of 18.

You can shot a person only if it´s in your property.

You can shot a gang if you are younger whit the other conditions
