ReplyDeleteThis is my adjusted diet, I have done it first putting the 5 pieces of fruit, and then changing red meat like sausages for chicken, celery or hare that provide more protein and less fat and hydrates.
You should have placed this comment on the blog wall. You could also have explained better the changes you have made in your diet to make it healthier.
